La Boulangerie du 37 sur Paris

12/09/2026: After two years, we ate at Le Départ a few times again. We had already read that friendliness has been hard to find there lately. There was indeed a noticeable difference, also between the two times we visited this holiday. One day was stiff and not really friendly, while on the second day we had a different waiter who was nice and friendly. On the first day, we felt like we were being tucked away in a corner a bit, whereas on the second day we could just sit comfortably on the terrace. On the first day, everything had to be rushed—what do you expect, just one more thing and so on. Short questions, because time is money. The second day was much more relaxed, with a calm explanation of the daily special and suggestions to accompany the meal. The food itself was good; it was hot and tasty.

12/09/2026: Hello. Every time I go to Paris, I stop by this brasserie. I've never been disappointed by the food. It's true that the waiters aren't always the friendliest, but personally, I don't go to restaurants to make friends. I recommend this brasserie ;)
