Expensive for the dishes offered... However the food is good. The menu is not very diversified in my opinion... but we enjoyed our time in the restaurant.

I came to eat 3 consecutive evenings during my training week and I came across this restaurant, my 3 meals were incredible, first beef tartare, second prawn risotto and third noodles sauté chicken shrimp, which I recommend, great welcome, restaurant very classy and very professional service and always with a smile, I can't wait to come back 😊😊😊

Unplanned stopover in Châlons, La. Bourse by chance, but happy coincidence. Delicious tuna steak a mix of flavors just right, gourmet coffee with desserts that are not saturated in sugar The best for me, all in a warm setting. I recommend and I will come back

De passage sur Chalon, très belle découverte, service et cuisine très qualitative ! Je recommande, j’ai pris une escalope de veau et en dessert un thé gourmand

Il ne faut surtout pas être pressé pour déjeuner. Je suis arrivé à 11h45 et nous n'avons été servis qu'à 12h20. Mais bon, c'était très bon et l'ambiance est vraiment très moderne pour une ville comme chalons, il faut se l'avouer, mais apparemeny il y a une clientèle d'habitués et je pense beaucoup de bureaux et fonctionnaires des alentours. Bonne brasserie. Très bien mangé par contre.

29/03/2024: BE CAREFUL about the prices charged at the bar!! At 3€ for a "hazelnut coffee", I have just found the most expensive place in France (apart from hotels, large chains whose bar is more of a private lounge with a cozy atmosphere..) IN PARIS, and in Cannes or St Trop, hazelnut coffee is much cheaper... Goodbye Châlons which no longer feels...
