We ate there, and the service was perfect from beginning to end. The person who served us was pleasant, which was a real pleasure. The flank steak was very good, cooked perfectly as we requested. The shrimp and avocado tartare was delicious, as was the beef tartare. My grandmother loved the burger; it was also cooked perfectly. For dessert, the crème brûlée had a cracked top (the brown sugar caramelized), which was very tasty. The cheesecake wasn't too heavy and was very good, and the ice cream was also very good.
I highly recommend this establishment! We will gladly return.

Belgian couple visiting Soissons for two days...attracted by the building, impressed by the interior decor, and only came for an aperitif. Superb welcome and enthusiastic service from the young waiter (Juan). Next time, we'll definitely book a meal...👍👍
