Excellent experience! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. The meats were simply exceptional, with perfectly controlled aging that resulted in incredible flavors and remarkable tenderness. The cooking was impeccable, and you can taste the true expertise behind every dish. Pleasant service and a fantastic atmosphere—a place I highly recommend. We'll be back!

Overall, the experience was good, and the brasserie remains a lovely establishment with quality products, especially the meats. You can tell there's potential and real expertise in the kitchen. However, we were disappointed by certain aspects of the service. The servers, quite young and visibly inexperienced, sometimes lacked flexibility and customer service skills, which is a shame for an establishment of this caliber. We also encountered a problem with a dish, specifically a gratin that was really subpar. I simply asked to replace it with fries or potatoes, but this was refused or offered as an extra. This is regrettable because when a dish isn't up to standard, a simple gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated. It's all the more unfortunate because, without this, the experience would have deserved a very good rating. There are positive aspects, but improvements are needed, particularly in the service and the handling of customer feedback. Hopefully these points will be taken into account, as the establishment clearly has the qualities to offer an excellent experience.

While passing through Vienna, we randomly walked into this establishment and we weren't disappointed. Good value for money, tastefully decorated, delicious food, and impeccable service with attentive, friendly, and helpful waiters. We highly recommend it.

Quick, efficient, and very pleasant service. We also thoroughly enjoyed the menu, especially the gravlax salmon, the andouillette sausage with mustard sauce, and the praline tart. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.
