The years go by and this restaurant remains at the top of the basket. Frankly a menu at 45 euros for impeccable service and good dishes prepared with care including foie gras..., we ask for more in the department. The wine list is not overpriced, especially for excellent Burgundy like Chorey. As a bonus, the boss is extra nice and is in the kitchen, a guarantee of quality and reliability over time. Everything is going so quickly so Bravo 🤘we come back regularly and you fully deserve your success in St Maur.

Disappointing, victim of its success, this once very good restaurant seems to have become standardized. Plain cuisine (Metro-style ratatouille...). Poor service. Damage

Good restaurant, tasty and well presented dishes. Disappointed by the welcome which was non-existent. We waited several minutes for someone to take an interest in us and seat us at the table we had reserved. Our order was taken by a person who apparently did not know the composition of the dishes..... A bit of a shame for the restaurant because the place is pleasant and nicely decorated. I will go back because you always have to give the benefit of the doubt and I hope that during my next visit everything will be perfect as I have read in many reviews....

Magnificent gourmet restaurant which combines the beauty of the premises with the impeccable service of the warm waitresses, including the quality of presentation and the exquisite taste of the different dishes. Well done chef and all his staff!

Honestly, it's been a long time since I ate in a quality restaurant. Top notch service. Homemade food. Very nice welcome. Very good value for money. I highly recommend with your eyes closed

30/03/2024: The tasting menu with the wine pairing is super good. Soft atmosphere and warm services. The plates are not all in photos, because I wanted to taste them first 😅
27/03/2024: Very good lunch, impeccable and careful service. The setting is modern and warm, and the background music is pleasant. I took the starter and main course menu. The foie gras reduction of banyuls was delicious. As a main course, Wellington-style beef fillet, cooked at low temperature and tender as desired, accompanied by a small glass of Mercurey red wine, the perfect combination. Thank you for this moment, I recommend

03/04/2024: Very happy to have used this caterer!! The dishes are very good, I highly recommend.
03/04/2024: I warmly thank the Emulsion Traiteur teams for organizing my birthday. The service was perfect: the cocktail pieces and numbers cakes were delicious,  and the decoration sublime! A nice “Wowhhhh” effect: the guests were all delighted :-)
