La Brasserie du Grand Hotel de Nimes sur Nimes

The welcome, service, and atmosphere were very warm. A small menu with quality products. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. A wonderful discovery!

A rather mixed experience. The menu is quite simple, with limited choices. The dishes are good, but the service lacks a bit of confidence, and we found the wait rather long, despite the limited number of covers. It's also a shame that the desserts are frozen, which is a bit disappointing to finish the meal. Overall, the food is decent, but several aspects could be improved to make the experience more enjoyable.

Last night, my partner and I had a truly exceptional experience at Le Chat Noir restaurant in Nîmes. From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the setting: a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food was of excellent quality: the meat was tender and flavorful, perfectly complemented by crispy fries. The service was impeccable, attentive, and full of thoughtful touches; we thank Mr. Laurent. Finally, the dessert brought this meal to a memorable close, with a perfectly balanced sweetness. A highly recommended restaurant for lovers of fine cuisine.

Having come to the restaurant regularly for work, I can only recommend Le Chat Noir; it's a simple and pleasant place.

Pleasant terrace and fresh, high-quality produce. The buffalo mozzarella is amazing. But the welcome and atmosphere are frosty, which is a shame; it doesn't make you want to come back.
