For several years we've wanted to go to this restaurant, and a day trip to Sainte-Croix Park finally allowed us to stop by in the evening.
Honestly, it was very pleasant, with a typical log cabin setting.
The staff is very attentive.
The prices are reasonable.
Most of the ingredients are locally sourced! You can see and taste it!
We had a wonderful meal and a lovely time. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely stop by again on my next trip to the area.

As usual, the dishes were very good and beautifully presented. A pleasant experience.
I had the steak tartare. The flavors were there, not spicy, perfectly seasoned.
My only regret, and I only thought of it afterward, is that, having had stomach surgery, I should have asked for a half portion to avoid waste...

I hadn't been to this restaurant for a few years.
It had made a good impression on me back then, and that was still the case today.
In my memory, it used to be a fondue and raclette restaurant.
Now, it's a Canadian specialty restaurant, which is much more original and rare in our area.
The selection of drinks and dishes is well-chosen.
The food is excellent; no complaints there! I was particularly pleased to find "Sortilège" brand products.
The only slight drawback was the somewhat slow service, but the restaurant was quite full. I won't wait so long before returning.
