The seats just need cleaning. Otherwise, everything is spotless.

It had been a long time since I'd set foot in a Buffalo Grill… Well, nothing's changed… still the same slightly dated decor. Disappointed by the appetizers: we ordered a plate of ham that arrived without butter… we thought it was an oversight… but no, the friendly waitress Gwen confirmed that butter wasn't served. In the land of good food… I find this scandalous… what's the world coming to?! I now know why it had been so long since I'd been back to a Buffalo Grill… They're stingy. You might as well go to a small inn where you won't end up paying any more.

Following our visit with a friend, we received a warm welcome. The young waitress, Gwen, took good care of us. My only slight complaint is that I don't understand why a charcuterie platter was served without butter, which is a bit of a shame.

Good selection on the menu. Welcoming and friendly staff. The meat was cooked well, and the portion was sufficient. The children still enjoy the little game. It's a shame the touchscreen game table no longer works properly (the games are slow). The Buffalo Grill style is now outdated; we eagerly await the restaurant's update to the group's new design.

Thank you to Camille for her kindness and professionalism. She listened attentively and offered excellent advice! We had our baby with us, and everything was done to make us feel comfortable. Such a level of service is rare in restaurants these days, and we will definitely be back.
