Traditional cuisine passed down through generations, everything is homemade. A superb, high-quality meal featuring traditional dishes—be prepared for generous portions! Excellent fresh, local produce: mussels, stuffed mussels, grilled fish, aioli, and delicious fish soup. I'm not usually a big fan of fish, but this was truly excellent!

For an immersion in Cape Town's local cuisine, head to Le Pêcheur. It's a place that has stood the test of time, remaining as wonderful as ever. You can enjoy a generous portion for an unbeatable price (€25 for a starter/main course/dessert/wine). It's authentic, fresh, and welcoming. The best spot for a casual meal. My family has been coming here for four generations, and it's our go-to place ☀️ Thank you to the owners and the whole team for making it such a lovely place ❤️

A typical family-run guesthouse, one of the few left. You either love it or you don't, but the restaurant at Cap is a must-try at least once! After that, you'll either adore it or not. Other discoveries await you there. We'll be back. Reservations are highly recommended.

12/04/2026: We were warmly welcomed with our dog, without any problems whatsoever. He even got a bowl of water. The service was perfect. And on top of that, the food was delicious!
05/04/2026: We had a wonderful time with the entire team, who were exceptional, both with us and our daughter, who had a blast dancing! The food was absolutely delicious! We will definitely be back! A huge thank you to the team for their warm welcome, professionalism, and the fantastic taste!
