Excellent value for money. Simple, well-prepared food. Very pleasant atmosphere; I come here for lunch with friends about once a quarter. It's always a relaxing time. When the weather is nice, tables are set up outside. 👍

A great little spot in Vincennes, friendly and unpretentious. The food is simple (burgers, salads, tartares...) but very good and inexpensive. The service is friendly and welcoming. One small drawback: they don't accept credit cards, so remember to have cash on hand before you go!

Excellent restaurant! Top-notch service, delicious food, exquisite drinks. Thank you to the entire team at La Cantine for welcoming us in conditions reminiscent of the most wonderful family gatherings! I highly recommend this restaurant! Perfect for unfiltered personalities.

I went to the restaurant "La Cantine" this evening (February 19, 2026). I'd walked past it quite often without stopping. I received a very warm welcome. They have a large selection of infused rums (to be enjoyed in moderation). Most of the dishes are homemade. 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋

We came to eat at the Vincennes canteen. The restaurant is the same as the one in Daumesnil, but the service is much better. The waiter was older and very unpleasant, speaking very loudly. The service was inadequate; he didn't seat us, didn't turn our glasses upside down, and didn't give us the carafe of water we're used to. When we asked if we could order, he said, "Just a second, I'll be right back." He spoke very loudly, which was very unpleasant. I recommend going to the Vincennes canteen. Thank you, and see you soon.

We chose the excellent brunch, which was generous and fresh (freshly squeezed juice, pastries, toast and brioche, a hot drink, a hot dish, and a dessert). There was a lot of choice, the service from Pascal and Murielle was superb, and the decor was very nice! In short, I'll be back and I highly recommend it! I didn't try any of the drinks, but I know there's a wide selection of wines, rum, and cocktails…

A charming little spot with locations in Daumesnil and Vincennes, offering a nostalgic atmosphere, Casimir-themed decor, and all the classic favorites you'll find on the menu. My personal favorite is the Polux cocktail.

15/04/2026: A great place, the dessert crepes are especially delicious! The savory crepes could be improved a bit, but they're still good as they are!
10/03/2026: A good meal. It was busy, and they were probably short a waitress, but despite that, there wasn't too long a wait. I had mentioned that we had plenty of time. Seated outside, the street was quiet, and we ate very well. The crepes were excellent, and the dessert was delicious. We will definitely be back.

24/04/2026: This small restaurant has a lovely location and offers the option of dining outside on its small terrace. The staff is warm and attentive. The dishes and golden lattes we ordered were truly delicious. However, I would add a minor criticism regarding the prices of the items on the menu; personally, I find them a bit expensive, although the quality is satisfactory.
