Great welcome at lunchtime for a coffee to protect yourself from the rain and in the evening burger pizza. The veggie pizza was very good and the burger bread, homemade with local flour and Provençal herbs, was great! I highly recommend it :)

Long service, certainly, but it's well worth the wait: I haven't eaten anything other than pizzas here and can therefore only judge on the latter, but they were all excellent, with a very thin crust. I also recommend the pinchinelle which is certainly scary when you see its ingredients but is by far my favorite.

Five of us, a family, came to Lozère to stay at a nearby campsite. We discovered the village by chance, as well as the restaurant, upon our arrival.
What a pleasant surprise!!!!
So we went back for three dinners and one lunch.
A top-notch welcome and service.
The meals were so delicious...pizzas, tagliatelle, burgers, and children's meals were really delicious and plentiful.
And at a super competitive price!!!!
We really loved it.
Thank you so much for these delicious moments.

I had a double 48 hamburger.
It was good, but I was a little disappointed: apart from the bun, the meat, and a few onions, there was almost nothing. A tiny slice of tomato, barely bigger than a cherry tomato, and no lettuce at all inside.
On the other hand, the desserts were excellent: the tiramisu, the cheesecake, and the apricot ice cream were truly delicious.

We had a wonderful experience at La Cardabelle tonight. The pizzas were excellent, with a particularly thin and light crust—a real treat! The homemade desserts were delicious, without being overly sweet, which is rare and very much appreciated. The service was attentive and pleasant. A great place that we highly recommend if you're passing through the area!

A random stroll, a random restaurant...
We weren't disappointed with our stop at La Cardabelle.
Limited menu, quality products. We ate well!
The service was great, the restaurant was well located, and to top it all off: the bill wasn't at all steep.
A nice surprise 🙂
