When we got in the car (and even now, a week later!), all four of us had the same feeling: "Just like home!" From the drinks at the bar to dessert on the terrace, and even the little jar of baby food the owner offered my son while I ate, everything was just like being at home. Even better! I don't pretend to be as good a cook as this warm and welcoming team.
A special shout-out to the endive and blue cheese tartlet starter; the memory of it still makes my mouth water.
I don't know if I'll ever go back to the Villers-Bretonneux memorial, but I know I'll be back to this place.

A perfect, warm, and welcoming reception – you truly feel at home! We felt very comfortable there; the room and bathroom were spacious – nothing was lacking!
The service extended right to our room – excellent!
We dined at the hotel restaurant, and the generous and delicious cuisine deserves special mention, with impeccable service.
I highly recommend this establishment; the residents of Troyes will be back! BRAVO!

A true gem in Corbie! We had a wonderful time at La Caroline. The welcome was warm, the staff attentive and always smiling. The dishes were delicious, prepared with quality ingredients and presented with great care. Every bite was a delight, from the appetizer to the dessert. The atmosphere was friendly and the setting very pleasant, perfect for sharing a good meal with family or friends. A big thank you to the whole team for their professionalism and kindness. An address I wholeheartedly recommend and where I will gladly return! 👏🍽️😋

The welcome was exceptional, warm, and kind, with exceptional hospitality. You truly feel at home!
The room is spacious and clean, and the bedding is very comfortable.
The restaurant deserves special mention: generous and excellent cuisine, impeccable service, and a highly professional team!

Our sister-in-law, a regular at the restaurant, introduced us to it. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, the service staff, and the owner's good humor, which made us laugh a lot. Right now, we need to treat ourselves, have a good laugh, and enjoy ourselves. So, without hesitation, we recommend this establishment.
