I'm a craftsman and I eat a lot in the bakeries of Caen and the surrounding area. Without hesitation, the best ham, butter, and cheese sandwich in Caen is the Pepito; it's incredible, especially when you pick it up right when they open, between 7 and 8 am. The pistachio flan is really good too; the pastry had a slight hint of salt. I also tried a caramel/vanilla entremet which was excellent.

The pastries are excellent. The Paris-Brest is superb. And the viennoiseries are simply divine. Try the apple turnover, it's just wonderful.

It's simple, I've renamed them "Absolutely Good," everything is excellent from the quiche to the pastries. I just read the reviews, and I love it! People who leave bad reviews, not leaving any, it's definitely better.

Hello, I used to stop by your shop regularly and was always very happy, being a long-time resident of the neighborhood. However, yesterday I bought three items, including a brioche, and I was extremely disappointed. It's not the same recipe at all. Go back to how it used to be. It has no flavor. It tastes mass-produced.

I walk 40 minutes for your cakes and breads, special mention for your pistachio cookies, which my children love.

Simply the best bakery in Caen, I come from Fleury sur Orne for the Courchevel and the bread is of very, very good quality, I recommend it.
