21/09/2024: A new pizzeria, I was present on the first evening of the inauguration, uhhhh.. how to put it... A wonderful pizza, made with love in a purely Italian tradition! At the top! I am crazy about this dish through Italian travels for 30 years, and am therefore very sensitive to the products used, the flours used, the oven which is fantastic with first choice stones for cooking. All the ingredients of an exceptional pizza are there, the calzone exists for all pizzes and that is unique! Bianca, rosso for the sauce, a great welcome. Tasty wines... The current rating takes into account the opinions of the old brand and therefore of the former pizza maker! Which distorts the situation! We are currently at 4.8/4.9 in reality, which is objectively justified. Another thing, advice that doesn't exist anywhere else, "I won't eat my pizza immediately, what should I do?" I have an immediate response and it works! The calzone fits in a bag bicycle with a suitable container, in these times of gentle mobility it's perfect!!!! Really ! Congratulations ! This evening My friend being gluten intolerant 😑 trusted me because she takes the risk if the pizza is exceptional, verdict: She validates 101%!!! See you soon!
