Top-notch pizza, no grease on the box, proof of a good pizza

I've been a customer for many years (5 years). The fillings are always very good, well-prepared, and very flavorful, made with fresh ingredients. However, I find that the pastry is getting thicker and much less cooked than before. It's a shame.
