Fresh and original cuisine. A dedicated and very friendly chef. A dynamic waiter who radiates enthusiasm. A charming decor and very reasonably priced dishes. A must-visit.

An absolutely delicious Peruvian restaurant in the heart of Aix's old town. The service was impeccable (the waiter was very kind and welcoming) and the food was delicious. Our 8-year-old daughter loved it too. Even the music was perfect and added to the atmosphere. We learned that the restaurant has been open since 1990, making it one of the oldest restaurants in Aix still open today! I hope they stay open for a long time; they deserve it.

A delightful experience filled with flavors that awaken the senses. 🌿✨ The food was truly exquisite, but the ceviche, in particular, was my favorite. From the first bite, I felt my taste buds awaken and the flavors transport me back home. It was one of those dishes that not only delights but also evokes memories and emotions. The service was excellent. The two people in charge were incredibly kind, smiling, and attentive at all times, always checking if we were enjoying the food and if everything was to our liking. That kind of attention makes the experience even more enjoyable. The burnt milk dessert was also absolutely delicious and was the perfect ending to the meal. I also loved the decor, with its beautiful pieces that evoke Peruvian culture, as well as the music, which contributed to creating a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely return to La Cascada. A beautiful gastronomic experience, with authentic flavors, a charming atmosphere, and service that makes diners feel very welcome. 🇵🇪❤️

Just five minutes from Cours Mirabeau, this little South American restaurant is breathtaking, a complete change of scenery. The piña colada is incredible, the dishes are deliciously irresistible, and the staff is wonderful. Go without hesitation!

An excellent meal with fresh ingredients, good portions, and reasonably priced. They also make exceptional pisco sours if you ask! Authentic ceviche, the chef is from the town where it was invented. Not busy at all considering the quality. Will definitely be back! If you go remember it's cash/cheque only!!

Everything in this restaurant is authentic. From the pisco sour to the original dishes, including the genuine and unpretentious ceviche. But what's more, the warm welcome is also typically Peruvian.

The ceviche is incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. Special mention goes to the authentic Piña Colada, which goes down a treat! The chef is truly passionate and even comes around to the tables at the end of the meal to chat; the friendly atmosphere is fantastic. 5/5, we'll be back.

A wonderful discovery! A €35 set menu including starter, main course, and dessert. The portions are generous and feature high-quality ingredients. The dining room is fantastic, with Peruvian herbal teas and air conditioning. The service is excellent. This restaurant deserves to be better known. I highly recommend it.

We had dinner at this restaurant, which has a simple yet beautifully decorated dining room! And we were able to discover Peruvian cuisine in this intimate setting. A highly recommended spot on Ai, both for its ambiance and the quality of the food! We'll be back!
