Everything is made to order, so to avoid waiting, it's much better to call ahead so he has everything ready when you arrive. The food was delicious and José was incredibly friendly. He cooked a huge amount of food for five of us, mixing different dishes he could make. He even had a new dish he'd prepared. We felt right at home. The only reason it didn't get five stars is that the final price was higher than we expected.
