La Cave Romaine sur Frejus

A wonderful, atmospheric establishment! In my opinion, the best pizza in Fréjus! Vintage interior in the style of ancient Rome, warm, welcoming hosts! The food is not only excellent, but also beautifully presented. Every year since 2016, I've been dining here several times in September. There's no Wi-Fi, but that's for the best! Customers are forced to interact with each other.

Delicious Fruits des mer on pasta with sauce and fabulous pizzas. Everyone enjoyed their food. Great carafe of red local wines too. The waiters also both spoke English. Nice cave atmosphere.

The place is original and beautiful. The pizza is excellent. The prices are reasonable. The owner is friendly. Located in the historic center of Fréjus. It's worth a try, believe me. We arrived in 2026, and when we returned, the owner changed, and we must say they've maintained the quality of the dishes Angelo used to delight us with. The place is amazing, as always. Congratulations!

Delicious pizzas and excellent service in the village of Fréjus. Pizzaiolo Bruno, always smiling, and Julien, who was fantastic with the service, made our experience truly authentic. Several tables of Italians attest to the place's genuine charm :-). A wonderful experience for couples, a welcome change from the typical seaside restaurants, but with beautifully presented dishes and professional service – something you don't often find by the sea. We'll be back soon with our family because the value for money was excellent. So, BRAVO and THANK YOU!
