We absolutely loved this restaurant, with its superb view. The dishes were generous and delicious. We would recommend it.

We had a wonderful time at La Chaloupe. We first stopped by for a drink on their waterside terrace and then returned for dinner. The staff is incredibly friendly, thank you for the warm welcome, and kudos to the chef – we devoured our plates! See you soon! 😊

A must-visit spot on Île de Ré, opposite the Île de Ré bridge. The welcome was fantastic, the service always with a smile, and the rib-eye steak with its sauces... absolutely incredible!

We stopped for the baby squid, and it was excellent.
We ordered the salmon tagliatelle, but there were bones in the fish.
A minor issue with the wine: we ordered a Côtes de Provence rosé, but it wasn't the right bottle. Luckily, we pointed it out, otherwise we would have been charged the same price.

My husband and I came this evening and honestly, it's a fantastic restaurant, a must-try! The welcome was warm and friendly. The Chef's Terrine was exceptional and the rest of the dinner was fabulous. We had a wonderful time, thank you again so much! 😊

La Chaloupe is a must-visit on Île de Ré! The view of the harbor is splendid, the service is warm and attentive. The hamburgers are delicious, the local mussels incredible, and the friendly atmosphere makes the meal even more enjoyable. Ideal for lunch or dinner, enjoying the beautiful setting and quality cuisine.
