A place discovered by chance, by the side of the road, that deserves your attention: remarkable caillettes (a type of sausage), excellent calf's head, and the owner's friendliness.

I had some preconceived notions about stopping at a restaurant on a tourist route at lunchtime...
And yet, what a wonderful surprise! The service was very friendly, and the €22 set menu was delicious, featuring local produce... Bravo!
