Lunch for three. We received a very warm welcome. I had made a reservation and specified that one of us was in a wheelchair. Everything was ready to welcome us. The meal was excellent. The surf and turf menu was fantastic! The presentation was superb, and the cuisine was very well executed. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious, homemade dishes made with high-quality ingredients. The service was impeccable. A very friendly team. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

A restaurant with a street-front location, attractive facade, and parking. The dining room isn't very large, so it's best to make a reservation. The menu is enticing, with a selection of fish, meat, and other dishes. We ordered the set menu and individual dishes, which were very good, beautifully presented, and generous portions. The service was friendly and welcoming. The skate with capers was delicious, and the venison steak was perfect!

Our experience at this establishment left us with mixed feelings. On the positive side, the generous portions are undeniable, particularly the "gourmet platter," which focuses on very substantial servings rather than delicate petits fours. We appreciated the spontaneous offer of doggy bags, a thoughtful touch. However, several points marred this otherwise positive impression: • Cuisine: The fish was significantly overcooked, losing its delicate flavor. Despite a moderate number of diners (about a dozen), the wait was rather long. The table hygiene left much to be desired (stained tablecloth and a toothpick outside its case). Finally, the manager's audible reprimands to her apprentices created an uncomfortable atmosphere; a more patient and discreet management style would be more appreciated by both customers and staff. The establishment has definite potential, but the overall quality of the experience now depends on greater attention to detail and improved acoustic comfort for guests.

A perfect place! La Chaumière is a real gem. Everything is absolutely perfect: the warm welcome, the friendly atmosphere, and the waitresses, always smiling and attentive. The service is impeccable and truly contributes to a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!

We ate lunch as a group of four and received a warm welcome. The dishes, from starter to dessert, were delicious, and the staff were smiling and pleasant – it really made a difference. The management was excellent and very attentive.

A little disappointed. The wait was far too long, even just to order our aperitifs. All the dishes we ordered were swimming in sauce. Apart from the osso buco, it really wasn't necessary for the other dishes (why does a lamb skewer need to be covered in sauce?). Serving it separately in a sauce bowl would have been better. The service: of course, young people (apprentices or beginners) need to gain experience, but they also need to learn to smile and not just repeat like a robot, "Did everything go well?" We also would have appreciated not having our empty aperitif glasses held in our faces until dessert. One person asked for theirs to be taken away and felt like they were being treated as fussy. And above all, they should have started by serving the cold appetizers (which, by definition, aren't likely to get cold) before the hot ones. There, we experienced the opposite; by the time everyone was served, the hot appetizers were lukewarm. In short, the service was too slow and poorly organized, and the food was acceptable but nothing special. I was really disappointed. I hope the person who paid the bill didn't spend a fortune on "this."

Arrived at 12:30 PM, left at 2:40 PM. 45 minutes to get our starters. That's so long! And it wasn't even full. We were disappointed compared to the reviews. The mayonnaise on the eggs wasn't homemade, the fish in the pot was overcooked, but the dessert was good. It's a shame because the staff is friendly.
