La Ciboulette sur Gassin

Today we had lunch at Restaurant La Ciboulette. The restaurant offers a breathtaking view. We received a superb welcome from charming staff. The set menu (main course and dessert) was very generous and of excellent quality. Congratulations to the chef! We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment... And if we have the opportunity, we will gladly return.

The tuna salad was excellent and beautifully presented. And that view of the Bay of Saint Tropez from the restaurant!

Passing through Gassin, we stopped at this little restaurant, La Ciboulette, which seemed very welcoming. The service was excellent, with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The pizza was superb, and my small salad was perfectly garnished with a perfect vinaigrette. The owner was very kind and gave us some sightseeing tips right away. The little mascot (a tiny dog) was absolutely adorable. And the two young men, one in customer service and the other in the kitchen, are fantastic. Don't change the team, you're perfect! Alsatians passing through. Your menu isn't extensive, but the quality of the food is excellent. Thank you!

The young waiter was very friendly and professional. The location is excellent with a splendid view of the gulf, the pizzas were delicious, and we especially enjoyed the semolina dough. The burrata salads were also very good. We highly recommend this establishment.
