A truly wonderful discovery! The restaurant was packed, yet the service remained professional, efficient, and impeccable from start to finish.
As for the food, it was flawless: generous portions, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The ingredients were expertly prepared, and the servings were more than adequate.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely be returning! 😍🍽️

Without a doubt, the best restaurant in Granville. Impeccable service, a beautiful interior, and cuisine that lives up to its reputation. I particularly recommend the seafood sauerkraut, delicious and perfectly cooked (especially the fish). Two minor drawbacks, however: I'm not a fan of the daily specials, announced verbally without prices (but which one suspects are quite expensive...), and the coffee, which is really not good. Everything else is top-notch.

This sounds like a critical, but fair, restaurant review. In French, I would put it this way:
The service was just okay. We waited a very long time for the bill, even though the restaurant was far from full. Furthermore, we were seated in the most remote corner of the room.
We had to keep asking the staff for the bill. On the other hand, the food arrived very quickly, which was appreciated.
But otherwise, the service was really sluggish, especially towards the end. Even to order a last drink, we had to go back inside. The staff's attention was clearly focused on other customers. We were never asked if we were enjoying our meal.
I have been to many other French restaurants where I have felt much more welcome.

A truly wonderful place! The cuisine is refined, with generous portions, seasonal ingredients, and elegant presentation. The dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious.
The service is quick, efficient, and above all, very courteous, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend discovering this gem of a restaurant; you won't be disappointed!
