We had an amazing two night stay.
The hotel is clean with magnificent decoration. Designer bedroom and bathroom whilst retaining the charm of the period.
The catering section: breakfast and dinner were excellent.
The staff very pleasant and available.
Thanks again to the young waiter of the evening for the preview tasting of the cocktail and his professionalism during the two evenings.
Knowing that he juggles between the restaurant and the bar.

Comfortable and well located hotel. The staff is very professional while remaining very friendly. We had a good time at the restaurant. The rooms are comfortable with beautiful decor.

Location level, staff nothing to complain about, too bad the parking lot is very small so the car sleeps outside not great for a luxury hotel, in the room I am more mixed with the finishes, as the painting is poorly done, the wooden windows are in poor condition and clogged, small toilets where to close the door you have to contort yourself, and very noisy ventilation to sleep, in the end for the price I remain disappointed.

Nice hotel, passing through we chose it following its 4 stars but above the room because indeed limey and dusty shower bulb, toilet paper holder which did not hold!!.
Also not practical is a door that opens but on which we have to open and close to have access to the sink behind.
As for the staff, they were super nice and very friendly.

A beautiful room with comfortable bedding, recent work on the decoration of the rooms makes them cozy cocoons. The breakfast is of high quality with homemade products offered for all tastes, with very attentive staff.
The building in which the hotel is located is a stone's throw from the Rochefort museums including the Corderie royale and also close to the walk along the Charente (ideal for walks and jogging).
The hotel has a large outdoor swimming pool for sunny days which we unfortunately were not able to try.
For parking, a few spaces are available within the hotel grounds (including several electrical terminals).

We recently had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant. The quality of service was exceptional, with attentive and courteous staff who really made our evening memorable. The cuisine was simply divine, each dish was prepared with unparalleled mastery and exquisite flavors. In addition, the atmosphere of the place was warm and welcoming, adding a touch of elegance to the whole. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience.
