Thank you for this lovely Christmas menu.

Veal steak with langoustine... Very tender meat, champagne sauce, and sweet potato with prunes – very tasty. A minor complaint: the piece of meat was too cube-shaped; it would have been better in two pieces for reheating, and one of the three pieces still had skin on it. I'll try it again with a different dish.
