Lovely restaurant with terrace offering fusion food. Great dinner set using local ingredients, and trust the sommelier for the wines as the ones on the wine list are of variable quality. I picked one red wine that I regretted, but the sommelier/owner picked a great wine wine.
If anything to improve, that would be the fusion side for me, as I find this concept slightly outdated and a bit confusing. If they could use local ingredients with more of a sharing experience that would be great to me in this post Covid world! The fish was great! Also, and I say this to help, the presentation of the owner could be a bit more tidy, he was wearing cheap clothes and that did not look beautiful/sharp on him. Am not asking tuxedo here but smart casual would be more appropriate to me. The waiters were better dressed than the owner.

A splendid place and terrace, exquisite cuisine marred by an interminable wait. A 3.5 hour dinner, seated on the most uncomfortable chairs.
What a shame to endure such a meal instead of enjoying it.
Excellent establishment, we had a very good meal in 7 courses with a view of the valley. Sommelier very present to help choose a wine suited to tastes.
