La Côte Rotie sur Jouars-Pontchartrain

A restaurant owner on the island of Sint Maarten in the Caribbean, I was surprised to find a Corsican owner in Jouars… Great professionalism… Impeccable service… Generous portions… Perfectly cooked dishes… Refined and flavorful cuisine… We enjoyed aperitifs, starters, main courses, desserts, and two bottles of Chablis. As someone in the industry, I highly recommend this place! ❤️❤️❤️

Still as good and enjoyable as ever

In fact, the meal was very good, and the service was excellent. My only complaint is the wine; we ordered two glasses of Côte-Rôtie. At €18 a glass, the wine was delicious, but given the price, it's unacceptable that the glass wasn't even half full. What a shame about this petty cost-cutting, because everything else made us want to come back.

Excellent restaurant, specializing in superb meats. We were served several times by young extras who weren't always very knowledgeable about the wine list. The owners are attentive and very friendly. A good place to remember.

We've been to La Côte Rôtie several times. We've always really enjoyed the food. This time, just one small complaint: the two aged rib-eye steaks were particularly fatty, whereas we prefer marbled red meat. Apart from this minor inconvenience, it's a warm and welcoming restaurant with delicious food and very friendly staff.

Honestly, everything was perfect from start to finish. The hand-cut truffle steak tartare was a real treat, as was my husband's ribeye steak. The young waiter was also excellent, very funny and attentive throughout. I highly recommend this restaurant. Long live Côte Rôtie! :) Barbara and Ludovic

It's a place we really like, and where we eat very well. We were surprised to see that the usual staff wasn't there and had been temporarily replaced by a new team, who were just as pleasant as the regular team.

A sure bet, always delicious. Service and welcome also top-notch.

The food was decent but a bit pricey. There was too much oil in the beef tataki and the accompanying vegetables.

Excellent experience, the aged ribeye was delicious. We will be back.
