01/01/2026: We went to Colibri de Base for a drink on the terrace and saw they served galettes. We decided to try one, and it was a delight! Exquisite flavors, truly... and generously filled! I think it was the best galette I've ever had; all in a superb setting, right by the sea. As for the waiter, it's true he might have seemed a bit unfriendly at first, but I think he was doing his best to handle the orders and service alone, especially on New Year's Day, and he was very cordial to us.

31/01/2026: We hadn't planned a lunch break, so we stopped at 2 pm for some galettes and we weren't disappointed. The terrace had a lovely view, and the galettes and crêpes were delicious. The service was quick and the prices were very reasonable for the location.
02/01/2026: Fancy a crepe overlooking the sea? Go for it!!!
