We had a wonderful meal. We ordered couscous and tagine, both superbly prepared with fresh, homemade ingredients (the meat was of French origin, as indicated on a sign). We've been there a few times before, and it's always just as good! The only thing I could criticize is the overly bright, white lighting. A more subdued atmosphere with warmer lighting would greatly improve the place.

We've been going to Hassoun and Maud's for over 20 years. We always love it! I've never found couscous this good anywhere else. And the owners are super friendly, welcoming, and always available. I highly recommend it!

I don't know of a more generous place than this couscous restaurant. The food is amazing, and the owners are a kind, helpful couple who are always in good spirits. The restaurant offers a unique culinary experience, as does the decor. I highly recommend it.

08/09/2026: A small, friendly, and welcoming restaurant. Tonight's menu included mussels marinière with fries and butcher's cut with fries. It was very good and generous portions, not to mention the quick service provided by Karine, who was very smiley and warm. A very pleasant experience.
