A great discovery in Pertuis! Exceptional couscous and tagine experience at “La Couscoussière”. Delicious dishes with fresh products, impeccable service, warm atmosphere. Highly recommend! We were there as a family and all appreciated the welcome and our discussions.

31/03/2024: Very good time sharing with family! Discovery menu for us! And discovery ++ for young, uninitiated customers. Not even time to take a photo as the food was already eaten! Delighted to have been able to discuss with them their perception of this culinary experience offered to us by the chef! A very good topic of discussion around products like artichoke and asparagus presented with subtlety: acidity, crunchiness, ... in short! An exercise in critical thinking. Very friendly and attentive service. One of the guests ate gluten-free, she was able to enjoy all the dishes that were adjusted for her. We recommend this very promising address!

22/08/2023: Very exotic, lots of potential, very warm welcome, but there is some room for improvement, dust on the ceiling beams, no towel rest in the bathroom, storage space is poorly arranged...
