I don't often leave restaurant reviews, but this restaurant was exceptional, with refined cuisine and impeccable service. There were nine adults and one child in our party, and everything was extraordinary from beginning to end. This is our third visit, and a huge thank you to the entire team at L'Olivier!

What can we say except "Wow!"? We came about a year ago and were blown away by the quality of the service and the food. We returned today and what a treat! Service, attentiveness, originality in the dishes, flavors—a total of 10 courses are offered, each as surprising and delicious as the last. It's not quite a Michelin star yet, but it's practically there.
We'll be back!

An absolutely exceptional 12-course meal.
The chef offered us a truly immersive experience with this magnificent concept of following the course of the Durance River, skillfully blending his Italian heritage with local gastronomy.
Each dish was a discovery of local products, presented with great creativity and a masterful command of cooking techniques, sauces, and flavor combinations. Huge congratulations to the chef for this generous, inventive cuisine steeped in history, and to the entire team for impeccable service from beginning to end. A truly memorable experience that is well worth a visit and much more.

An incredible experience at L'Olivier restaurant. Bravo to Chef Christophe Pulizzi for his committed, precise, bold, technically accomplished, and truly memorable cuisine. The €70 set menu, featuring all these gastronomic dishes, is a fantastic deal. At that price, I've never had such a good meal anywhere else. I counted about a dozen courses in this menu, which takes you on a journey along the Durance River. The attention to detail in the jus and sauces accompanying each dish is remarkable. The cooking is superb. Bravo again to the chef and his entire team for this fantastic work; there's no doubt this restaurant will be showered with awards—it so deserves them. In short: we loved it and then some.

A truly wonderful time was had at L’Olivier.
The "Against the Grain" menu was excellent, a veritable journey of poetry.
The cocktails and wine pairings were also outstanding.
The service was impeccable.
Special mention goes to the asparagus dessert, which was absolutely superb.
Outstanding value for money. A first Michelin star would be richly deserved.
