L'Olivier sur Pertuis

Very good time sharing with family! Discovery menu for us! And discovery ++ for young, uninitiated customers. Not even time to take a photo as the food was already eaten! Delighted to have been able to discuss with them their perception of this culinary experience offered to us by the chef! A very good topic of discussion around products like artichoke and asparagus presented with subtlety: acidity, crunchiness, ... in short! An exercise in critical thinking. Very friendly and attentive service. One of the guests ate gluten-free, she was able to enjoy all the dishes that were adjusted for her. We recommend this very promising address!

A quality birthday meal! Everything was perfect, from start to finish this experience was a total success. Surprising flavors (asparagus ice cream), mastered cooking, original but so obvious combinations.... We went from discovery to discovery with immense pleasure. The service was of the same level, attentive but discreet, a welcome touch of humor and a kindness which accompanied us until the end of the meal. The chef is passionate and remarkably professional. Finally a great table in Pertuis!!! There were six of us, even when we thought about it, none of us found anything to complain about....

We came to eat at l'Olivier 2 or 3 years ago, a little disappointed with the quality of the dishes. We came back a few days ago, and the new chef delighted our taste buds. The discovery menu consists of a series of delicacies that follow one another, lots of flavors and attentive staff. A great discovery. We will come back

Pleasant setting, attentive service and creative cuisine. Pleasant flavors and textures to discover through the Discovery and Experience menus… with the added bonus of good value for money. Absolutely worth discovering!

Disappointed. We ate very well in June. less successful this time. 60€ per person and not 120€.

I wanted to thank you for this excellent dinner, it is never easy when you bring friends to satisfy everyone, and everyone was delighted with your cooking. We have come several times and each time we are impressed by Chef Pulizzi's combination of flavors. First of all, there is a pleasure for the eyes to see your dishes always well presented and then the tasting is simply wonderful. All this work in the kitchen would not be highlighted without the efficiency and kindness of the service. Philippe, whom we have always known at the Olivier, took very good care of us as usual with his advice and kindness. You really have a very nice table in the region with a very nice team, continue like this for our greatest pleasure and thank you again to all of you for this very good time.

Bonjour, Nous avons eu la chance de dîner au restaurant l’olivier et je dois dire que c'était une expérience incroyable. Nous avons eu la chance de gagner un repas gratuit et nous avons été époustouflés par la qualité et la technicité du travail réalisé par le chef Pulizzi. Chaque plat était préparé avec une précision et une maîtrise incroyables, les saveurs explosaient en bouche et chaque bouchée était une véritable découverte, le chef Pulizzi excelle dans l'art de marier les ingrédients et de créer des associations surprenantes. De plus, le service était impeccable, les serveurs étaient très professionnels et présentaient les plats de manière raffinée. Ils étaient également très attentionnés et nous ont fait sentir comme des invités spéciaux tout au long du repas. Je tiens également à souligner la fabuleuse équipe qui travaille dans ce restaurant, tous les membres du personnel étaient chaleureux, accueillants et passionnés par leur métier, leur dévouement et leur amour pour la gastronomie transparaissaient dans chaque détail. En conclusion, je recommande vivement ce restaurant à tous les amateurs de cuisine raffinée. C'est une expérience culinaire unique qui ne manquera pas de vous impressionner. Vous serez transporté dans un monde de saveurs et de plaisirs gustatifs.
