26/09/2024: This Lebanese restaurant immediately seduces you with the warm welcome of its staff. The service is simply impeccable: fast and efficient. When it comes to cooking, this is where things get slightly complicated. The dishes, although prepared with care and undeniably fresh, lack that little something that makes the magic of Lebanese cuisine. The tabbouleh is pleasant but the lemon is lacking, the shawarma is generous, but the spices, at the heart of this cuisine so rich in flavors, remain shy. The seasonings seem too wise, too moderate, as if we were afraid to dare. This lack of relief, of boldness in the flavors, leaves an impression of perfectly executed but lackluster dishes, and we leave the table with the feeling of having touched on the potential of this cuisine without ever really getting close to it. That being said, the experience remains generally positive and the quality of the Lebanese wines offered must be highlighted. The quality of the products is there and the pleasant setting, perfect for a couple's evening with friends.
