I dined at this establishment [for a business event] and I would like to thank the staff. Despite the set menu, due to my allergy, the chef and the server spent a long time discussing my dietary needs to adapt my meal, and the chef was able to suggest equally delicious alternatives! A Metz institution that never falters in quality. Impeccable service, a smile ever-present during service. Fresh, quality products. An excellent wine list. We loved this culinary experience. We will return with great pleasure!

Attentive service. The lobster remoulade as a starter was exquisite and quite surprising. For the main course, the John Dory was absolutely fantastic and generous, accompanied by a fabulous morel mushroom purée. And finally, to finish off this excellent meal, a perfect nougat glacé. I highly recommend this establishment in the center of Metz.

10/04/2026: Always delicious, a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, and fast service. We go several times a year and share the mezze; everyone eats what they like. I highly recommend it! For an aperitif, I tried the orange blossom lemonade, and to finish, if you're a fan of orange blossom, have a white coffee!
