I regularly go to Buffalo Grill in Salaise, but I don't think I'll be going back. It wasn't very busy, and we stayed for over two hours. The waitresses were very friendly, but the food was terrible. We ordered two appetizer plates; only one arrived, and the other came when we were ready to eat. The appetizers were bad. Either a dish or a sauce was missing; everything was wrong. Not to mention the disgusting crème brûlée. As for the "customized" fries, I had to search for the cheese.
I'm happy to pay a bill of €230 if the food is good, but frankly, the chef needs to change.

Axel the waiter... also fantastic, Myriam was fantastic with her smile, and Mathys was very friendly too.

We came to the Buffalo Grill in Salaise-sur-Sanne to celebrate my mother's birthday and we had a wonderful time! Everything was perfect for a successful evening: a warm welcome, quick service, and delicious food.
A huge thank you to Lou Anne and Myriam for their kindness, smiles, and attentiveness throughout the meal. They truly helped make this birthday even more special.
We will definitely be back!
