Always smiling, welcoming, efficient, and very attentive to the smallest details. Even when she's alone in the dining room and has to manage many things at once, she remains professional, quick, and always smiling. She knows how to make customers feel comfortable and ensures that every meal is as pleasant as possible. Unfortunately, on the few occasions when Émilie wasn't there, the service wasn't up to par; there was always a problem or a lack of organization. With her, everything is simple, smooth, and enjoyable. A big thank you to Émilie for her remarkable work and dedication. People like her are invaluable and deserve to be recognized. This is clearly one of the main reasons why I continue to come to La Criée de Chambourcy.
