During our vacation in Bidart we stopped by this fish store to buy squids. The service is top notch. While we were preparing our squid, the seller invited us to go do our other shopping at the docks when we returned, everything was ready (chipiron ready to cook, fish fillet, cod brandade (very very good))

Excellent salmon tartare, one of the best quality salmon I have tasted in the area! Everything we ate from them was very fresh and the seller was kind and gave good advice!
