Passing through the region for a family weekend, we had lunch at this lovely little restaurant. We received a warm welcome from a smiling and pleasant lady. It felt like home! The interior is beautifully decorated and has a real Norman feel. There's a touch of modernity in the use of touchscreens to read the menu (I thought that was great! It was the first time I'd seen that system). For the meal, only local products were used, and everything was homemade. The display showing the origin of the products was a great touch; it was also the first time I'd seen that. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. From start to finish, it was an explosion of flavors, with beautiful presentation for each dish, and the menu was very reasonably priced considering the quality of the ingredients! Thank you for your warm welcome. We don't know if we'll have the opportunity to return, but we highly recommend it! We look forward to seeing you again, and keep up the good work—you're perfect!

Excellent restaurant, both for the food (fresh, local produce with an exotic touch from the chef that speaks volumes about his experiences) and for the service, which is tailored to the customer. Today, Christmas lunch with my team. A special Christmas menu, a sneak peek. A very elaborate menu, gourmet dishes, a well-thought-out and beautifully executed blend of flavors. Olivier is truly passionate about constantly reinventing his cuisine. A truly wonderful place; restaurants of such high quality are rare. Two choices, two different settings: Valsemé and Beaufour Druval—a must-try in the Pays d'Auge region.
