23/10/2026: The price-quality ratio is good. However, the cashier service needs improvement. Customers are expected to pack their own bags, which are simply placed carelessly on the counter each time.

11/09/2026: Honestly, you really need to review the training of some of your saleswomen, especially the one with glasses: she was a complete disaster. We really felt like we were bothering her. The way she spoke to customers was very unpleasant. We simply asked for a sandwich, she didn't offer us any set menus, and before we'd even finished speaking, she was already trying to charge us. When we got to the register, I asked for a receipt. She told me it wasn't possible because the printer was out of paper… right after she'd taken my payment. I specifically asked for the receipt just before paying. She could have told me beforehand that there was no more paper to print the receipt. Otherwise, I simply wouldn't have bought anything. I find this unacceptable, especially since she didn't even try to find a solution to the problem. Fortunately, her colleague took charge and resolved the issue in a minute. Thank you to her! She explained that a refund wasn't possible since I had paid by credit card. Eventually, she found a solution and, to apologize for the inconvenience and the wait, she even gave me a small gift. Thank you again to her for her professionalism and customer service. I'm still giving 4 stars, because thankfully there are some professional salespeople who have a good sense of customer service. However, some people really need to improve their customer service and interactions. Thank you.
