The €40 set menu was ordered, but when the waiter ordered the meal, he announced that the bar was no longer on the menu, even though it was 9 pm – completely unacceptable. A bit disappointed as a result.

A pleasant surprise at this restaurant, which was recommended to me. The €40 set menu includes starters, main courses, cheese, and dessert. After the starter, a "trou normand" (a small glass of Calvados served between courses) is offered. The dishes are beautifully presented and delicious – a real treat. The service is provided by a friendly and professional team of young people. I highly recommend this well-run and attractively decorated restaurant. Excellent value for money.

A warm and welcoming place that reminded me of the Auberge de l’Abbaye my grandmother ran in Bourg Achard, both in terms of the architecture and the quality of the cuisine. Each dish has its own visual appeal, texture, and flavor, all executed with finesse and subtlety. Louis Delestre is a talented chef; don't hesitate to treat your taste buds at La Croix d’Or!

We went for lunch at La Croix d'Or on Sunday with 20 people and it was pure bliss. The welcome was very friendly, the waitress was smiling, and the meal was worthy of a top chef. We were very happy with the experience and will be returning in March. I highly recommend La Croix d'Or, according to Louis.
