la CROIX D OR sur Pavilly

We went to eat at La Croix d'Or for the third time, and I must say it was a real pleasure to eat such delicious food. Louis is an extraordinary chef with excellent dish ideas.

Excellent meal, a wonderful discovery. Mathéo, the waiter, and the young woman who served them were very pleasant. Thank you all.

For our son's Confirmation, we chose the restaurant La Croix d'Or selon Louis to host our family and friends. On Saturday evening, we enjoyed the restaurant's garden and were served a superb cocktail reception. Everything was perfect and delicious. On Sunday at lunchtime, we opted for a full meal. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was excellent and beautifully presented. The restaurant even takes care of the table decorations if we wish. The staff is attentive both during the event planning and on the day itself. I highly recommend this restaurant where you will find top-quality cuisine, competent staff, and a friendly atmosphere.

Checking the bill: a €100 error! The bill was €170.40 for three people, but they were asking for €270. Their excuse for the mistake: we were seated at the wrong table! Luckily I didn't pay without checking the bill. I won't be going back.

Fantastic experience, go for it without hesitation! The setting is lovely with beautiful decor and the garden is absolutely charming. The menu is concise, featuring carefully selected ingredients (I especially loved the fresh goat cheese and green vegetable tartlet – I could eat it every day!). The chef is friendly, the service is attentive, and the atmosphere is welcoming... In short, a great place! FYI: 2 starters, 2 main courses, and 2 drinks for 44 euros is perfect considering the quality of the food!

This was our first visit, and we came to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary. We were welcomed like royalty by smiling and exemplary hosts. We chose the €40 set menu (EPD) and were pleasantly surprised by the appetizers. The main courses served were surprisingly well-presented and delicious. A warm and friendly welcome, impeccable cuisine offering dishes that are as beautiful as they are delicious, make this a place where one gladly stops to enjoy a truly enchanting moment of tasting and relaxation. This is an address I'm eager to note down because I will definitely be back.
