Yesterday visit to Sezanne, restaurant la Croix d'or. Warm welcome, cozy room, superb wine merchant menu. Dishes accompanied by their recommended wines. Only happiness. M.Chatenet

5 people of us went to this beautiful, spacious restaurant. Service on white tablecloths and the chef who comes to each table to get your opinion. All the guests found a dish to their liking, from kidneys (speciality) to a vegetable soufflé. We didn't try the lobster (specialty), but we admired the vivarium. (In the corner of the restaurant room).

Very good restaurant Mr Dufour is passionate about it. As a starter I had a sole meunière and then a fillet of beef with porcini mushrooms and to finish an excellent Vacherin. Wine by the glass

05/04/2024: I am not in the habit of posting comments but the quality of the service provided by this establishment encourages me to do so. Very warm welcome, very good service, good quality room and bedding. You can only be satisfied. A little less for professionals, the wait at the restaurant when you are alone is regrettable but the quality of the dinner is there. Congratulations !
20/12/2023: It's just a pleasure to find an establishment where the welcome is pleasant, the rooms very decent and a restaurant that deserves 1 Michelin star! The parmesan crème brûlée is “killer” the whole meal is well cooked, (the original millefeuille fries: not greasy, just the taste of potatoes), everything is very good! As for the staff: the team is very charming and professional! the value for money is good! The dining room is pretty, sober with a chic old French feel! In 1 word establishment to recommend

30/03/2024: Food is superb - 5 ***** Beautiful location - 5 ***** Service, staff & owner where all brilliant & managed to fit us in for lunch - 5 ***** The café is very popular & the food is excellent (best lasagne I've eaten ! ). I'd definitely recommend making a reservation beforehand ! Highly recommend - but, as I say book a reservation ! Best wishes & many thanks Paul
27/03/2024: It’s a superb address in this area. The staff is extremely friendly. Whether it's the manager or the waiter. Very attentive with even a little touch of humor. It’s quick, efficient and good. I ate a daily menu. Everything seems to be homemade, especially the Rose biscuit dessert. I have nothing more to say than to advise you to open the door of this small business.
