This restaurant has the delightful charm of an authentic oyster shack. Upon arrival, the owner gave us a warm welcome and made no problem at all with our dogs. We were able to choose our table and settled into a quiet corner at the back. The staff is very friendly, and it was truly kind of them to do their best to speak English, even though we spoke French very well. Their kindness was truly comforting. The meal was excellent! The oysters for starters weren't huge, but they were very refined, with a magnificent flavor and exceptional freshness. The main courses were also perfect. The highlight was the dessert: a magnificent coconut sorbet, very rich and creamy, enhanced with a few other flavors and a touch of grated lime zest. Incredibly delicious! An excellent place to remember and absolutely recommend in Château-d'Oléron!

We received a warm welcome, and our dog was accepted. The setting is ideal, right by the sea, and the cuisine is full of flavor, featuring local produce with a Caribbean touch. A great time! 👏

Open while many restaurants were closed, we were delighted to discover this place. The dishes are fresh, generous, delicious, and beautifully presented, and the service is cheerful and humorous. Thank you! You can go there without hesitation!

The best restaurant in the Château, excellent cuisine from appetizer to dessert. Impeccable service with smiling and competent staff, and a soothing atmosphere thanks to the sea view and the bridge. The manager is my ray of sunshine, and this restaurant is my little piece of paradise.

We had lunch with an ocean view; oysters and mussels marinière were all fresh and delicious. Impeccable service! A special mention for the rum liqueur with Trois Rivières—a delight! We'll be back!

It's a shame that the tartare is advertised as hand-cut when it's actually minced meat.
