We stumbled upon this place by chance. We were looking for somewhere to have lunch during our motorcycle ride. We were delighted with our time here.
The restaurant staff is fantastic and friendly.
Fresh, local produce—everything was delicious! 😋
The prices are perfectly in line with what's offered.

A superb discovery! A warm welcome, smiling, attentive waitresses who were lovely with our two large dogs. The conversations were very pleasant and the food was simply excellent. A restaurant where you feel comfortable from beginning to end. I wholeheartedly recommend it for a wonderful experience. We will gladly return!

While visiting the Château d'Oléron, we had lunch (two children, two adults) at this nearby restaurant.
The setting is pleasant.
Personally, I was disappointed with the dish I ordered. It was the daily special, a Japanese-style tuna tartare, served with salad and new potatoes (€22 for the dish).
The potatoes were overcooked: they were dry and very firm.
I mentioned this to the waitress, who said she had passed the information on to the chef. I would have appreciated being offered an alternative (fries, vegetables, etc.) or some kind of gesture of goodwill (a free coffee, for example).
But no... complete silence 😕.

A very warm welcome and a lovely setting.
The meal was excellent and plentiful.
The tuna tartare with new potatoes was a real treat! And for dessert, a delicious coffee tiramisu, accompanied by a white wine from Gascony, and to finish, a very good coffee.
I highly recommend this establishment for a pleasant experience.
