Idéalement situé à deux pas du centre-ville et de la gare! Dans une rue au calme avec possibilité de se garer dans le parking couvert accessible depuis la cour intérieure de l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner copieux avec des produits locaux et de qualité! Le plus le personnel est au top 👌!

We just visited Mulhouse for the 1st time and stayed at the Berti hotel. What a nice place. Old private house, remodelled with modern with taste, great location, delicious breakfast but really the staff makes all the difference. Everyone was smiling, enthousiaste, knowledgeable and willing to take the time with us. We really really appreciated it. Thank you . Muriel and Stefan.

Hôtel très bien placé dans une rue assez calme. Nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueillis ! La décoration de Noël était très jolie aussi ! Merci pour ce beau séjour chez vous !😄 Juste un petit point négatif, la chambre était très belle mais les finitions de la salle de bain n'étaient pas au top.... Belle fêtes de fin d'année ! 🎄

A great example of what a quality, independent hotel should be and a real find that we will definitely be returning to. Lovely welcome and were shown to our room which was decorated beautifully with a big bathroom. Close to the town centre and dog friendly. We didn’t have breakfast but only because we wanted to leave early due to our long drive south but I’m sure it would have been good. Highly recommended, Andy….

Wow, what an absolute gem of a hotel! I'm thrilled I found this place and I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Mulhouse. Everything here had a personal touch, from the room to the restaurant and especially the service. The room was pretty standard size for France and Europe (so a bit small by American standards) but still ample space to not feel suffocated while you're in the room. The beds, linens, and towels were all very nice and comfortable. The TV had Netflix and all the streaming services, but I didn't come to this hotel to watch TV. The wifi here is super fast also, which is a huge plus! There was a free bag of (local?) cookies on the bed. Also of note: the hotel is accessed through a courtyard that's gated, and they lock the gate late at night (obviously, they unlock it if you're going out). In other words, it's super secure, although I didn't really feel unsafe in the neighborhood at any point. (For my fellow dog owners: this hotel allows dogs for €5 per night.) I had dinner in the hotel restaurant and I was blown away by the whole experience. The prices were beyond reasonable (€29 for a three course meal, €8 for a glass of champagne), the food was incredible, and the server was outstanding. This restaurant is definitely one of those that you want to keep secret but at the same time you want to tell everyone about how terrific it is. I really hope more people find out about the restaurant and dine here even if they're not staying at the hotel. Perhaps the best part of this hotel was the employees and their service. You can tell the employees really enjoy doing what they do and working here isn't merely a paycheck for them. The ladies at the front desk, the housekeeper, the restaurant server...everyone really went above and beyond (even by American standards, which, if you've been to France, really says something). When I arrived, I was given a quick tour of the room. Really not necessary but very much appreciated. Bravo to this hotel and all the employees.

Nous y avons passé un petit séjour en amoureux. L'hôtel est à 2 pas de la gare, et à 5mn du Marché de Noël à pied. Au calme et très bon accueil avec le sourire de toute votre équipe.

A super welcome, very friendly. Room, large and newly decorated so very clean. Nice and quiet very near to Christmas market on foot.
