We're on the road and talking about eating in a nice, homemade place! What a pleasant surprise! The cuisine is original without being pretentious, everything is very well-balanced and delicious, the portions are perfect, and the service is impeccable 💜 Go there without hesitation; on another trip, we'll definitely stop by again.

I got some burgers to go and, well... they're the best burgers I've ever had. Having tried countless burger restaurants, this is definitely where you'll find the best. Incredible quality, truly top-notch expertise. I highly recommend going there!

Never disappointed. Excellent value for money with many local partnerships for fresh produce. Expertly prepared cuisine. Warm welcome every time we visit. I highly recommend this restaurant to any discerning diner with a touch of gourmet flair.

I've been to Cuisine du Comptoir several times and I've never been disappointed. The quality of the food is always excellent, with fresh ingredients and delicious dishes. The welcome is warm and the service is attentive. The atmosphere is friendly and pleasant, perfect for having a good time. An excellent restaurant in Poitiers that I highly recommend!

27/06/2026: Very good meal, good atmosphere. Unfortunately, the waitress that evening was "absent," made a mistake with our order (it happens), but on top of that, didn't say a word to us while serving the meal. She handed us the plates, which we were supposed to receive without a word, and there was no presentation of the different types of brick pastries for the sharing platter (were we supposed to take a bite of them as a group of four to guess what they were?). In short, her behavior was not very professional. Luckily, the other two waiters were very friendly and jovial!
