La Cuisine des Filles sur Torreilles

Passing through Barcarès, we had lunch at La Cuisine des Filles; a wonderful experience. The welcome was incredibly warm and the food was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed everything from the appetizer to the dessert ☺️ We will gladly return.

We came to eat with friends. I really enjoyed it. I tried every dish; everything was delicious. The service was terrible. It went excellently.

Every time we stay at Barcares, we book a table at this restaurant. We're never disappointed. The atmosphere is perfect, the staff is friendly, and the dishes are excellent. Everything is there for a great time.

We had lunch as a family in this restaurant, which boasts a beautiful setting, sheltered from the wind and street noise. Situated comfortably among the trees, beware of falling pine cones that can be a surprise! As for the service, there were a few oversights and asynchronous arrivals of dishes that somewhat spoiled the meal. Nevertheless, we were offered coffees. As for the main course, I was a little disappointed by the "Tiger Tears" beef, which I didn't recommend due to its spicy flavor. Unfortunately, I only shed a tear of disappointment, finding the dish good, well-cooked but not spicy as I had been advised. As for the rest of the table, we were satisfied with the tuna and the beef. A big highlight was the tempura, which was perfectly crisp and served with a very pleasant sauce. For dessert, the rum baba, served with the alcohol on the side, was very light and allowed me to adjust the rum without drowning the brioche. We'll be back with pleasure. Edit 2025: Still as good, the crying tiger is more piquant than before, which is very much appreciated. However, the tuna is undercooked; it's far from half-cooked.
