We visited the restaurant and it was a very nice experience: local food, inside everything made in style of Alsace, lady is very kind. We tried here 2 dishes: one with pork kidneys and another one with tongue and potatoes in delicious sause. Both ones are good and local styled, we like it. Beer 0,5 L is for 6 euros only. It has two doors: one for food (restaurant), one for drinks (bar with TV). We planned to visit its bar after dinner and watch the football game, but it was closed at 9 pm (very early for bar). Highly recommended to visit this place, but please check the opening hours.

Excellent establishment. The owner is very pleasant and open to conversation. Good, small menu. Good quality products. Very reasonable prices. Basically, no reason not to go.

03/07/2026: I give the restaurant top marks. I didn't stay at the hotel (my sister did and she was very happy with it). The hotel is located right across from the train station, and the rooms are very good value for money. As for the restaurant, it's excellent value for money. Everything was delicious, homemade with fresh ingredients, original, a top-notch meal from start to finish, all for a reasonable price. Congratulations to the chef! A very pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return.
26/05/2026: Everything you find in Alsace…simple, pleasant, clean, friendly, and welcoming, all in a very well-maintained building. I much prefer this type of establishment to an overpriced, ultra-cozy hotel. With a day reaching 30°C, air conditioning wasn't an option. Parking is available in the center of Thann. This establishment was exactly what I had booked. Thank you.

28/07/2026: i can only comment on the restaurant. food excellent. beer perfect temperature. waiters overwhelmed because the place was super packed. hey but they were still smiling😀. overall excellent atomsphere. mostly locals👌
17/06/2026: Cozy hotel with excellent cuisine. Great room and good bed. Air conditioning works well. Surprisingly excellent cuisine with beautiful dishes, tasty wines from the barrel, and very good service (excellent English). Lively and tasty breakfast. Highly recommended.
