Very good, fast and attentive service. I tried the daily special and it was superb! Excellent value for money!

Excellent pizzas. Real Italian pizzas. The marinara (Naples) with a nice glass of Primitivo (Puglia): 💚🤍❤️. I had a wonderful time with my sweetheart.

The pasta at this restaurant is excellent, but the pizzas are a bit simpler. The service was friendly, and the setting is beautiful, both upstairs and downstairs. Large tables can be reserved, making it perfect for a meal with friends or family. If you're looking for a quiet place, this isn't the restaurant for you.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a place to grab a quick meal, so I thought, why not a pizzeria? Google suggested several places, but I was still keen on somewhere nice and welcoming. And what a pleasant surprise it was to find a storefront that looked as inviting as the food on offer! We thoroughly enjoyed our pizzas. I had the truffle pizza, of course, and it was delicious and generously topped. My boyfriend had the spicy one, which was also incredibly good, with a perfectly crispy crust. The alcohol was reasonably priced, and the food was on the higher end, but when it's good, you don't regret it so much. We'll definitely go back to try other specialties, as the menu is small, which is usually a sign of good quality. The interior is nice and well-decorated; it's not crowded, which is pretty cool. The staff who served us—the Italian man and the older gentleman who makes the pizzas—were also friendly. Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. To say it again... for this first time at la dolce vita, everything we love about it...🤩💕

I've been twice so far and frankly, I really enjoyed everything: the setting, the atmosphere, the food, and the welcome/service. The second time was on Valentine's Day, and despite the crowds, I have nothing to complain about; we were very well served.

Excellent time today at this restaurant! We came without a reservation and received a very warm welcome. The menu is very comprehensive, with even some specials. We ordered two pizzas which were delicious, very, very good. Excellent value for money.

We wanted to try this Italian restaurant in Metz, and we finally did… As for the ambiance, while the wood-fired oven is clearly visible, the rest is quite traditional. It lacks a bit of warmth and a Mediterranean atmosphere… However, the food was excellent, with very little to complain about. The quality of the ingredients on the pizza was impressive; you could taste the fine Italian cured meats… the tomato pulp with its chunks of tomato… the lasagna was melt-in-your-mouth tender and generously filled… everything was simple yet effective for classic dishes we all know… Well, a little more tomato sauce and a proper pinch of fresh herbs rather than just a leaf would have been a nice touch. It was after that that I was a little disappointed… First, the service… I have a hard time when we're not served at the same time… the pizza was made immediately, the pasta arrived a little later… as if the pizza and kitchen staff didn't communicate with each other… Then, while our server was friendly, the atmosphere wasn't great… the staff weren't very smiley, and some of the waiters were on their phones as if they were bored… I admit that it somewhat spoiled the enjoyment of the food… As for the prices, they were a bit on the high end, but within the norm. In short, a good place from a culinary point of view, but I had this feeling of "not being very comfortable" with the staff...
