La Fabrique sur Les Sables-D'Olonne

I have been a customer of yours for 8 years, I have always been won over by the cuisine and the service, however since the change of ownership I unfortunately deplore a drop in quality at all levels except the quality of the food. During my last visit in July I informed you of the fact that your phone was not working, at the beginning of September the problem remains... therefore impossible to order remotely to come and collect on site. Your Facebook page displays opening/closing times which are not the same as on your telephone message. It is notably written that you close at 2:30 p.m., but it is impossible to order a kebab after 1:50 p.m., you have to make do with what is already ready… Two days later I came back to try to order in advance this time! I arrive at 1:15 p.m. and surprise, you are closed. While your signs on the door say you are supposed to be open…. In short, it's starting to do a lot! My goal is not to kill you for free for fun, just to make you aware of your lack of professionalism, which for my part, could well push me to no longer come and consume at your place. While I basically love the food you offer… Hoping to see an improvement soon…

Following our visit to Sable d'Olonne, we tested the factory and we are really happy, the hot bacon wrap is excellent, the fries are homemade, it's worth the detour, and the prices are reasonable. Don’t hesitate, go for it 😊

We wanted to test this brand. The burger (bacon cheese) is very good with good products. But then the overcooked fries and the bottom of the tank with only small bits we didn't finish them. The children's menu no longer has crunches so there is no choice but to have nuggets. What also lowers the bill is the friendliness of the cashier, no polite words. “A first name” without a please... we feel like we're bothering her... You have to change jobs if you don't like customer contact. It's a shame because with good products the rating could be higher. The people in front of us, 2 fruit juices for the children were missing, the cashier questioned the customer while we saw with our eyes that she only gave him one out of the 3. He had to insist several times so that she would give him what he had paid for and all that while making a funeral face and blowing. I know that finding staff is not easy but you have to be selective all the same. With friendlier staff and less burnt fries the overall rating could have been 4 or even 4.5 for the burger.

A little expensive overall but given that the products are local and fresh for vegetables from the local market real meat from the butcher the bread from a baker you can't have everything generous wraps and burgers compared to other places and practically at the same price so... Pleasant and friendly teams with a smile :) which is not always the case elsewhere for a business They at least do not hide the origin of the raw materials from their customers
