The restaurant is very nice, in fact the only one by the sea, the setting is magnificent and the service is top notch. On the other hand, the meal is really not there. I hope it's only because burgers are not the restaurant's specialty, much too fatty, even disgusting and fries much too salty... we couldn't finish our plates

Découvert après être partis d'un autre restaurant où nous avons été oubliés (!!), ce fut un mal pour un bien grâce à la bonne soirée passée à La Fabrique...Accueil et ambiance très sympa...très bonnes moules-frites...et un service très aimable et professionnel !

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel, so we decided to have our last dinner before catching the ferry back to Portsmouth the following day. Very welcoming staff. The food was delicious, and this will be on our list to revisit. Good luck with parking!
