We arrived at lunchtime today when it was extremely busy, and we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service. A young sales assistant served us with great professionalism, speed, and kindness despite the crowd. Just before us, he had to deal with a group of young people who weren't very respectful, but he remained calm, courteous, and remarkably efficient. It's wonderful to see such excellent service in these circumstances. As for the food, it was very good. The almond tart was a little too sweet for my taste, but my wife thoroughly enjoyed the apple tart. Overall, a very good experience. Congratulations to the team, and a special mention to this young sales assistant for his excellent work! We will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Well, this is a bakery like you rarely see these days. I arrived just before closing time, and the young man who served me was very courteous and professional, which is worth mentioning. The service is quick, there's hardly any wait, which is much appreciated. But what I particularly liked was that I was served a hot drink. And then, remarkably, there's still a good selection right up until closing time. You don't find yourself facing empty shelves like you often do elsewhere. I highly recommend this place.

I stopped by this bakery this afternoon and was very pleasantly surprised by the welcome. The server was particularly charming, smiling, and remarkably kind, which really made the experience even more enjoyable. It's a pleasure to encounter such attentive people. I'll gladly return!

23/07/2026: I visited this IKKS store last week and was greeted by a whole smiling team who took the time to help me despite the crowds due to the sales.
14/07/2026: Hello, I visited your store yesterday, which I hadn't been to before. Until now, I usually shopped at IKKS Châtelet-Les Halles or on Rue des Capucines, but those stores are now closed. I was very pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the sales assistant. In the morning, I called to ask if they could set aside three items for me, and this was done with great kindness and professionalism. However, I think it would be helpful to review the customer service at the Aéroville and Saint-Sulpice stores. When I contacted them by phone, I was not at all well received and felt like I was being brushed off. I'm sorry I didn't ask for the name of the sales assistant at the Bercy store, as she truly deserves to be commended, as does her colleague. In any case, I will return to this store with great pleasure. Thank you again for your excellent welcome.
