We wanted a restaurant that could offer vegan dishes for certain guests, and it is one of the only restaurants in the area that knows how to cook this type of dish while having a large capacity and respecting our budget. The cuisine, whether vegan or "classic", was excellent and refined. Impeccable service. All the guests were won over. The setting is magnificent. I booked a room for 2 nights, instant online payment. with a table at the restaurant. no confirmation after 2 days. I call and I am told that the response must have been sent to spam and that they have noted my room and restaurant reservation. we arrive at the end of the day, the employee, unaware of the reserved table, tells me that the restaurant is closed due to lack of customers and that possibly depending on what is in the fridge we could eat something in the room or there is a table and a chair, for two it is not easy. It forces us to drive 50 km again to go to dinner in a restaurant. I meet the boss before going out who tells me, yes I should have warned you that the restaurant was closed, it was the least I could do, without a word of apology in parentheses. on the other hand, what he did not forget was to add an extra 22 euros for my dog ​​for the two nights. we see the commercial side of the boss whom I did not see again during the two days, he instructed the person who takes care of breakfast to present me with the bill
